I am a British multiple award-winning writer and director for TV, film, and audio. Born in East London to two wonderful Nigerian parents, I snagged my first TV job at 16 during my A-Levels. With a few detours through fashion, print/broadcast journalism, and arts facilitation, I first gained scripted experience working in development and production at BBC Drama and BBC Film.

My work focuses on under-represented people (especially women) navigating loneliness and isolation and often has a social issue at the heart of it.

I was recently lead director on the final series of BBC’s hit comedy-drama Boarders, and I received a Breakthrough Talent nomination from the Royal Television Society for my directing on BAFTA award-winning historical drama, Three Little Birds.

I have developed, written and directed projects internationally for HBO, BFI, Amazon, Netflix, BBC, Channel 4, Sky, Tubi and ITV. My selected short films including BAFTA-longlisted Essex Girls, Signs, and Beneath the Surface have played in competition internationally at festivals such as Sundance, BFI London Film Festival, and Palm Springs. I am currently developing my debut feature film thriller while continuing to work on episodic projects worldwide.
